(2) The petitioner was allotted additional work at circle Jainagar by order dated 08.12.2015 passed by respondent No.2Divisional Forest Officer, Surajpur Forest Division, Surajpur on account of retirement of Shri Vipin Bihari Singh. Thereafter, by
the impugned order dated 31.12.2015 passed by respondent No.2, charge has been given to respondent No.4-Dheerendra Kumar Singh of Assistant Range Officer, Range/Circle Jainagar in place of the petitioner, which has been challenged by the petitioner in the instant writ petition.
(3) By order dated 31.12.2015 the respondent No.2 has modified earlier order dated 08.12.2015, which was only posting order and as such, it is not an order of transfer, I do not find any jurisdictional error in the order dated 31.12.2015. (4) The instant writ petition deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed.
