Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed assailing the action on the part of the respondents in not granting matrimonial leave to the petitioner. He submits that the issue involved in the case is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Dr. Vijay Laxmi Chandra Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others in WPS No.3365 of 2017 decided on 26.07.2017.

Learned State counsel, on perusal of record, fairly submits that the present writ petition can also be disposed off in similar terms. 3.

In view of fair submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the

present writ petition stands also disposed off in terms of order dated 26.07.2017 passed in the case of Dr. Vijay Laxmi Chandra (supra). 4.
