This petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been brought praying for modification of the order dated 18-01-2021 passed in MCRC No.7563 of 2020. 2.

It is submitted that the counsel for the applicant had prayed for withdrawal of this bail application, whereas, the application has been decided on merits by this Court. Therefore, the modification be made accordingly. 3.

Learned counsel for the State/respondent opposes submitting that the impugned order shows that the application was heard on merits and decided accordingly. Further, there is no scope for any modification under the Cr.P.C. Therefore, the petition may be dismissed.

After considering on the submissions, I am of this view that the order dated 18-01-2021 passed in MCRC No.7563 of 2020 cannot be modified in view of the provisions under Section 362 of the Cr.P.C. Hence, this petition is disposed off. The applicant/petitioner shall however have liberty to file repeat application for bail if any such occasion arises in future.
