Since a similar matter has already been decided by us in Writ Appeal No. 281 of 2013 on 26.2.2015 and against which Review Petition No. 61 of 2015 and analogous cases was preferred by the Appellants which has also been dismissed on 23.11.2015, Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that the present appeal may be disposed in similar terms. 3.

The appeal stands disposed in similar terms.
