Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 07/02/2019 1.
The grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in neither permitting her to work at the Specialized Therapy Center, Ghumka, District Rajnandgaon where the petitioner's service has been attached vide Annexure P-1 dated 14.12.2018 nor cancelling the the said order of attachment and permitting the petitioner to resume her duties at her
substantive place of posting i.e. Ayushwing, Govt. Hospital College Allied Hospital, Rajnandgaon.
2.
The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that after the order of attachment which was forwarded to the higher authorities, respondent no.2 has passed an order on 03.01.2019 directing respondent no.3 to immediately cancel the order of attachment.
3.
Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if direction is given to respondent no.3 to ensure that the direction given by respondent no.2 is complied with and the petitioner is permitted to resume her duties at her substantive place of posting forthwith. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondent no.3 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. 4.
