This is second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.The earlier bail application was dismissed on merit on 23/11/2015.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that chargesheet in this case has been filed, therefore, there is change of circumstances.

Reading of the earlier bail rejection order shows that the first bail application was dismissed on merits and no liberty was given to repeat the bail application before this Court directly.
