1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.9/2020, registered at Police Station Jashpur, District Jashpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Applicant has committed theft of 12 bottles Nihar Shanti Sarson Amla Oil from the motorcycle belonging to the complainant.

4. Albeit the applicant is involved in some more cases of commission of theft, but considering the value of the stolen article in the present case and further considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 6-1-2020 and particularly considering the fact that the offence is triable by Magistrate First Class, I am of the opinion that present is a fit case to release the applicant on regular bail.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
