1. The challenge in the present writ petition is non granting of first Kramonnati/Time Scale Pay to the petitioner on completion of 10 years of service on the post of Teacher (LB).

2. The counsel for the petitioner referred Annexure P/1, dated 09.10.2019 whereby the Under Secretary, School Education Department has already sent a letter to the Director, Directorate of Public Instructions, respondent No.2, to take appropriate steps so far as grant of Kramonnati/Time Scale Pay to the petitioner on completion of 10 years of service.

3. The State counsel submits that since there is already a correspondence made vide Annexure P/1, the same shall be considered and decided at the earliest.

-24. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 50 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
