This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.318/2019, registered at Police Station Urla, District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A,

MCRCA No. 224 of 2020 506, 34 of IPC.

3. The application has been filed directly before the High Court without stating any substantial reasons as to why the applicant cannot move the bail application before the Sessions Court.
