Shri Vijay K. Deshmukh, Adv. for the petitioners. By oder dated 19-2-2015 passed in WP227 No.105 of 2015 the trial Court was directed to decide the suit within one year. The time limit was extended for another six months by order dated 10-3-2017.

PUD is a communication received from the trial Court that the plaintiffs have moved an application under Order 23 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on 29-4-2017 and have withdrawn the suit.

In view of the above, both the PUDs dated 23-1-2017 & 1-5-2017 stand disposed of.
