Mr. Rahul Jha, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 22.03.2021

1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that though the petitioner is senior to the respondent no.3 and the same was reflected in the provisional gradation list published by the department, however, when the final gradation list was published, the respondent

no.3 has been placed over and above the petitioner in spite of the fact that the petitioner is senior to respondent no.3.

3. Given the fact, the writ petition, at this juncture, stands disposed of directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner in respect of her seniority and decide the same in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
