1. The Applicant has filed this third bail application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with crime no. 419/2020, registered at Police Station Supela, Bhilai Distt. Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 377 & 498-A r/w Section 34 of the IPC.

2. First bail of the Applicant was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a regular bail application before concerned Trial Court vide order dated 28.09.2020 passed in MCRCA No. 1086/2020.

3. Second bail of the Applicant was dismissed vide order dated 19.01.2021 passed in MCRCA No. 1757/2020.

4. At the time of deciding the second bail application of the Applicant, all

grounds of the instant bail application have already been discussed. Hence, I do not found any new ground to entertain the instant bail application.
