The dispute raised in the present writ petition is the non-granting of salary to the petitioner since September, 2018 onwards. 2.
According to the petitioner, as a consequence of the interim relief granted by this Court in WPS No.6223/2018, the petitioner has been
permitted to resume her duties and she is discharging her duties uninterruptedly. However, since September, 2018, the Department has not released the salary to the petitioner.

Given the nature of dispute, let respondents 2 & 3 take a final decision so far as the salary part of the petitioner is concerned. It is made clear that if the petitioner has discharged her duties during the relevant period, the Department should ensure that the salary is paid to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
