1. PUD has been received from the Court of Special Judge(NDPS) Act, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, requesting for extension of time of 6 months to conclude the trial in Criminal Case No.320/2017 title as C.G. State Vs. Rakesh Mishra & Others.

2. In the order passed by this Court in MCRC No.3627/2018 vide order dated 5.7.2018 in which direction was issued to the concerned Court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of 6 months. Presiding Officer of the concerned Court has made a prayer to extend the time for 6 more months.

3. Considered on the grounds mentioned in the PUD, the time is extended for disposal of the case concerned from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.
