At the outset, learned counsel for the parties would fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been decided by this Court in WPS No.6698/2014 (Rammani Tripathi v. State of Chhattisgarh and others) on 24.12.2014, filed as Annexure-P/4 and the present writ petition may also be disposed of in similar terms, which observed as under:- "In view of the above, this petition is disposed off at present with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before respondent No.3, who shall consider petitioner's claim for grant of scale promotion in accordance with hte Govt. Police dated 10th August, 2009 and other applicable policies in the matter."

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in WPS No.6698/2014 (Rammani Tripathi v. State of Chhattisgarh and others).
