1. This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.96/2012, registered at Police Station Pussour District Raigarh (CG) for the offence punishable Section 304 of IPC.

2. After dismissal of the applicant's earlier first bail application in MCRCA No.835 of 2012, the applicant was allowed interim bail by the Supreme Court in SLP (Criminal) No.8376/2012, however, as informed by learned counsel for the applicant, the SLP was

subsequently dismissed as the applicant could not properly instruct his counsel.

3. Be that as it may, once the anticipatory bail application travelled up to the Supreme Court and was eventually dismissed by the Apex Court, instead of repeating his prayer before this Court the petitioner should approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court, as it may not be appropriate for this Court to entertain this application here.
