Let the petitioner move a duly constituted application under Section 172 of the Code, 1959 seeking diversion of land. If such application is preferred within a period of 6 weeks from today, the

Authority shall do well to dispose of the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of filing of the application.
