(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been suspended by the Collector, against which, he made representation for revocation of suspension before the Collector, which has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, a directions may be issued to respondent No. 4 to decide the same expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.
(3) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 4- Collector, Raigarh is directred to consider the decide the petitioner's representation for revocation of suspension expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation, if any. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
