Mr. Gagan Tiwari, Advocate for the respondent. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 29.10.2018, passed in WPS No. 7141/2018.
Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has subsequently vide Annexure R/1 on due consideration of the claim of the petitioner found her not entitled for compassionate appointment. Accordingly, the claim has been rejected.
Given the fact that the respondents have now taken a decision vide Annexure R/1, the order of the Court stands duly complied with. If at all if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of rejection of her claim, the only option now left for the petitioner is to assail the same by way of a fresh writ petition.
Accordingly, reserving the rights of the petitioner to assail the same by way of a fresh writ petition, the present contempt petition stands disposed of and the respondent stands discharged from the contempt proceedings.
