Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has owned National Award for Teachers, therefore, she is eligible for extension of service. He would further submit that petitioner's application for extension of service has been forwarded to

respondent No.2-Director, Public Instructions, Raipur, which has not been considered and has not taken any decision till date.

Be that as it may, respondents No.1 and 2 is directed to consider and take decision of the petitioner's application within a period of two months from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands finally disposed of.
