It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that this case has been posted for admission today whereas, the Cr.M.P. filed has already been decided on 2.7.2019 and the petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner was allowed by canceling the anticipatory bail of the private respondents. Hence, it appears to be a case of erroneous listing only for the reason that the order dated 2.7.2019 does not mention that the case is disposed off, this case has been kept pending and then has been listed for admission.
