Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that despite the order of Second Appellate Authority dated 18.04.2017, the information is not being supplied to the petitioner by the respondent authority, being aggrieved against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The remedy available to the petitioner lies under Section 20 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 for proceeding against the Public Information Officer. Therefore, the petitioner would be at liberty to file an appeal against the Public Information Officer in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
