1. The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that all the petitioners herein are working under respondent No. 3 from 2005 onwards, as such they have put about more than 15 years of service. The petitioners pray for a limited direction to respondent No. 3 to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization in light of the circular dated 05.03.2008 and other circulars in respect of regularization.

2. Given the aforesaid submission by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the case of each of the petitioners as

per the memo dated 05.03.2008 and pass a suitable order accordingly. Let this exercise be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
