Learned counsel for the State would submit that

order is appealable before the Commissioner (Revenue) Division.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to prefer an appeal within a period of 15 days before the appellate authority.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

If the petitioner prefers an appeal within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority is directed to do well to decide the appeal within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of presentation of the appeal strictly in accordance with law.
