2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a complaint under Section 156 (3) of the

Cr.P.C.

before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhamtari, on 24.03.2018, yet the proceedings have not been completed.

3. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhamtari, is directed to take a final decision on the said complaint within 30 days from today.

4. In view of the above directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
