1. This petition is not directed against any specific order of the learned Family Court, Durg. The only prayer for issuance of direction for expeditious disposal of the case between the parties.

2. The petition is filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, against the respondent for restitution of conjugal rights. It is a submission of petitioner's counsel, that the respondent is not cooperating in the trial because of which the matter is pending since 2016.

3. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off. The learned Family Court is directed to expedite the matter and conclude
