(1) The accused/applicants have moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 153/2017 registered at Police Station Keshkal, District Kondagaon for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act. (2) Applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 31.10.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 8149 of 2018. (3) I have heard counsel for the applicant and perused the case diary with utmost circumspection.

(4) Considering the quantity of Ganja i.e. 101.21 kgs. recovered from the possession of the applicant; and further considering the fact that trial is on advance stage and most of witnesses, except Investigating Officer, have already been examined, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Sd/- (Sanjay K.
