This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the date directed by this Court for further proceeding before the trial court i.e. 13.12.2018 has already passed. He prays that some other date may be given for further proceeding before the trial court.

It is ordered, as prayed for.

The petitioner shall now appear before the trial court on 12th March, 2019 and the trial court is directed to proceed further. 5.
