This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.189/2015, registered at Police Station Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 376 of I.P.C., Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual

Offence Act, 2012 and Section 3(1)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground/change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application; therefore, this third bail application is rejected. 3.
