1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the cause title of WPS No. 8292/2018, which stands decided by this Court on 13.12.2018.

2. The modification sought for is for an appropriate amendment in the address of the respondent No.1 to the extent that in the writ petition filed by the petitioner inadvertently the address of the respondent No.1 has been shown as "Water Resources Department" whereas it ought to have been "Public Health Engineering Department".

3. To the limited relief sought for by the applicant, the State counsel does not oppose.

4. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The WPS No. 8292/2018, which stood disposed of on 13.12.2018, stands modified to the extent that in the cause title the address of the respondent No.1 in place of words "Water Resources Department" it shall be read as "Public Health Engineering Department".

5. The applicant is further directed to carry out the aforesaid amendment in the record of the original petition i.e. WPS No. 8292/2018 during the course of the day itself.

6. Let a copy of this order be made part to the record of WPS No. 8292/2018.
