Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been sent for deputation by the order of State Government to the post of District Mission
Director, Rajeev Gandhi Shiksha Mission but his joining has not been accepted and refused by the Collector-cumDistriction Mission Director, Rajeev Gandhi Shiksha Mission, Kabirdham, therefore, he may be permitted to make a representation before the State Government highlighting his grievances.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make representation before the State Government within a period of two weeks from today, who in turn shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of presentation of the representation.
