It is submitted that despite order passed by this Court, representation of the petitioner has not been decided. 2.

The present incumbent in the office/ respondent has also been served with the notice on 17.12.2015, therefore, he is under an obligation to take necessary steps.

This Court passed an order on 10.04.2013, it appears that the then Managing Director, who remained posted in the past, did not take care to comply with the order within reasonable time. 4.

Even if no specific time limit is mentioned in the order, the compliance of the order is to be ensured within a reasonable period and the concerned officer cannot sit over the order of the Court for indefinite period. However, having considered that those Managing Directors, who remained posted in the past, have not been impleaded as a party, I am

not inclined to issue notice to the present incumbent as present to whom representation submitted only on 17.12.2015. However, the present incumbent in the office of Managing Director Chhattisgarh State Warehousing Corporation is required to comply with the Court's order at the earliest. Considering time which has already elapsed, the present incumbent should comply with the order of the Court within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the contempt petition is disposed off at this stage.
