This is an office note based on the request letter dated 11/12/2019 made by 11th Additional District Judge, Raipur (C.G.) for extension of time to dispose off the Civil Appeal No. 07-A/ 2005 (Ramkumar v. Tijmat Bai and others). 2.

As prayed for, further 45 days' time is granted to comply with the earlier order of this Court dated 27/08/2019 passed in S.A. No. 260 of 2006 and to dispose off the Civil Appeal No. 07-A/ 2005 from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that no further request for extension of time would be entertained thereafter.
