At the outset, this court is of the view that the writ petition is not maintainable for the reason that efficacious statutory alternative remedy of of appeal is available to the petitioner.

Accordingly, reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority against the order impugned, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
