Agrawal Order On Board 03/04/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that respondent No.4-Shri Suresh Chandra Verma is not a member of Scheduled Caste yet he has been taken advantage of the said caste and he has also issued false certificates in favour of respondents No.5 to 7. He would further submit that State Government may be directed to take appropriate steps against the respondent No.4 and recover all the benefits which have already been granted to him.
(2) On the other hand, learned counsel for the respective respondents oppose the prayer.
(3) In view of above, Respondent No.1/State Government is at liberty to take appropriate steps in this regard and do needful in accordance with law. However, the petitioner is directed to submit
a copy of writ petition before the State Government. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
