1. Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPC No. 4525/2019, which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 11.12.2019.
2. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant went for removing the defaults on the last date, but he was not permitted as per the calculation of the Registry the period had already expired,
3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, a strong case for allowing the MCC has been made out. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. WPC No. 4525/2019 stands restored to its original number. The applicant shall cure the defaults within a further period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. No order as to costs.
