Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was terminated in the year 2017 and he was ailing, as such, the reasonable ground existed to condone the misconduct, if any. Therefore, the petitioner only prays that he may be given a chance to move a detail representation before the respondent No.6, the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, BalodabazarBhatapara to consider his case.

Without going into merit of this case, since only prayer is made to decide the representation of the petitioner, it is directed that if the petitioner files a detail representation before the respondent No.6 within a period of 3 weeks that shall be decided accordingly on its own merit within a further period of 90 days. It is observed that this Court has not made any observation on the merit of this case.
