At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file appropriate application to substitute the legal heirs of deceased plaintiff including the wife of the deceased plaintiff. He further prayed that while hearing the merits of the said application, impugned order dated 11.8.2015 shall not come in the way. 2.

On due consideration, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the the instant petition with aforesaid liberty. Needless to mention
