Agrawal Order On Board 15/05/2017 (1) The petitioners-Union are working on the post of Senior Agricultural Development Officer and Agricultural Development Officer and they are entitled for the pay scales, which is being given to the other similarly situated government employees, for which they have made representation to the State Authorities but the same has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, he may be permitted to file fresh representation to

the State Authorities and the same may be directed to be decided by the authority concerned within the stipulated period. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioners-Union is directed to make fresh representation to the state authorities within a period of one month from today, and in turn, the State Government shall decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
