On due consideration, I.A. No. 1 for condonation of delay is allowed and delay in filing the MCC of 86 days is condoned. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that draw in respect of dispute has already been held on 23/02/2015. In view of such submission it's consequence will be considered when the writ petition is taken up for hearing.
Heard on MCC.
This MCC has been preferred for restoration of W.P.(C) No.170/2014 which was dismissed for want of prosecution. After going through the application which is supported by an affidavit, in my opinion reasonable grounds are made out for restoration.
Accordingly, MCC is allowed.
The order dated 17/10/2014 is recalled.
