Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

against the order of transfer, petitioner has submitted representation before the respondent No.3/ Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat, which has not been decided till date, therefore, direction be issued to decide her representation.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, the respondent No.3/Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat is directed to take decision on the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of 45 days from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s). 6.
