---- Respondent 07/02/2018 Shri Sumit Shrivastava, Advocate for the appellant. Shri Gary Mukhopadhyay, Govt. Advocate for the State. This is repeat anticipatory bail application. The earlier bail application was rejected by this court on 18.05.2017. The only ground of making repeat bail application is the fact that in an identical case i.e. Crime No.134 of 2016, registered at the same Police Station, the applicant therein has been able to obtain anticipatory bail from the co-ordinate Bench. A perusal of record would show that this court had rejected the first bail application of the applicant on 18.05.2017 i.e. on an earlier date.

This court having already considered the case of the applicant on merits on 18.05.2017 does not find any strong case made out for reconsideration of the view taken while rejecting the anticipatory bail application.
