1. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the Respondent No. 4 and 5 to decide the application made by the petitioner for demarcation of the property belonging to the petitioner bearing Khasra Nos.311/25, 317/6, 317/7, 317/8, 317/4, 317/5, 318/3, 316/3, 311/37 and 311/38 cumulatively admeasuring 0.931 hectare situated at PC # 78, villageTemri, Teshil & District: Raipur.

-22. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had moved the said application on 02.02.2019 but inspite of all the formalities, the matter is still pending consideration before the Respondent No. 4 and 5.

Given the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet, if the writ petition is disposed off directing the Respondent No. 4 and 5 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner for demarcation of the aforesaid property at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
