Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /01/2016 (1) Learned counsel for the respondents/State would

submit that order impugned dated 27.05.2014 is appealable before the State Government.

(2) In view of above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal before the appellate authority and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. In the eventuality of filing any appeal before the appellate authority within a period of 30 days from today, it is expected to be decided by the appellate authority within a period of three months from the date of receipt thereof. (4) No order as to cost (s).
