1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not releasing the retiral dues of the petitioner which the petitioner was entitled for.

2. According the the petitioner he has retired from service w.e.f 30/06/2018 from the post of Lecturer under the respondents. Though more than 7 months have passed, the petitioner till date has not been paid any retiral dues.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised this Court is not inclined to keep the writ petition pending rather ends of justice would meet, if the respondent No. 3 is directed to ensure that the retiral dues of the petitioner are processed at the earliest and the payment is made preferably within a period of 60 days. Let a copy of this order be made available to the respondent No. 1 also who in turn shall verify and if it is found that the petitioner deliberately has not been paid his retiral dues, he should be compensated by way of interest on the amount and the interest amount shall be recovered from the erring officers.
