On 05-08-2014 the appellants were granted three weeks' time to move suitable application for publication as the respondent has left the place of his residence. Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that he is not in communication with the appellants, he had written many letters to the appellants, but till date he had not received any communication from their behalf. 2.

After due consideration, as the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the instant first appeal, they are not communicating with their counsel, the instant first appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 3.

The first appeal dismissed.
