Mr. Aditya Tiwari, Panel Lawyer, for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays submits that the petitioner has made an application to the R.I., for demarcation of the land, which was not done and thereafter he has filed an application to the Collector, therefore, at this stage, he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue his representation before the Collector. A perusal of the document would show that the petitioner has made an application to the Collector. Considering the delay in demarcation as also the submission made by the counsel, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition to pursue his representation before the Collector. As prayed, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
