(S) No. 1468/2015 has already been complied with in its letter & spirit, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition. (4) On due consideration, the application is allowed. Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw instant writ petition.

(5) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
