1. This writ petition is filed seeking direction to declare results of the Petitioners, who are students of second year in BDS Course.

2. When the writ petition is taken up today, it is submitted that as of now the results have been declared for the exams for which the results were due to be declared. Obviously, we do not see any reason why results of exams which would come during the tenure of the course in which the Petitioners were students would also not be declared by the University in time. Let that also be done in comity with the aspirations of the students. It is so ordered. The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
