Pursuant to the dispute raised by the petitioner followed by request to appoint Arbitrator, notice was issued to the respondent. The parties were directed to suggest the name of Arbitrator. Today, learned counsel for the non-applicant has proposed for appointment of Justice Shri G. Minhajuddin (Retired) as the sole Arbitrator, to which, learned counsel for the applicant does not have any objection. 3.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant submits that the consent of Justice Shri G. Minhajuddin (Retired) has also been taken. 4.

In view of the submissions made above, Justice Shri G. Minhajuddin (Retired) is appointed as the sole Arbitrator for adjudication and passing of award in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. A copy of

this order along with a copy of agreement dated 06-12-2011 (Annexure A-1) be forwarded to the sole Arbitrator.
